Caleb Du’Pre (C.Dupr3) is a Producer, Songwriter and Musician. Born in New Jersey into a musical background, C.Dupr3’s father is a Pastor, Radio Speaker and Gospel singer who performed with major quartet gospel groups such as The Gospel Keynotes and Willie Neal Johnson. Cdupr3 was introduced by his father to the world of music at the age of 5, where he first began singing in the choir and then moved on to solo performances. At 7 years old his flair for music ignited with the addition of drums, which he taught himself and advanced quickly. He started performing in local churches, then moved on to playing in large churches across the nation. At age 12 he joined a youth group band 151, performing in youth events such as The Word of Life Regional Conference, and raised money and awareness performing at the New Jersey Tsunami Relief Concert, heard on the biggest East Coast Christian radio station Star 99.1. While attending Eastern Christian Middle School he became close friends with the singer Joe Jonas aka J.J. who is now well known with his brothers as The Jonas Brothers and current lead singer of D.N.C.E. J.J shared his journey of the music industry with C.Dupr3 and was an influence in his decision in furthering his career in this arena. In 2015 C.Dupr3 decided to move to L.A to pursue his passion for music. His drumming skills were instantly spotted and he worked with Kendrick Lamar’s (TDE) production team, and performed at The Federal Bar with the industry’s top drummers Ron Bruner Jr., Deshaun Allen and Brian Collier. His greatest memory was when he shared the stage with his friend, singer/songwriter Ryan Stewart who passed untimely."Call it Love" was produced in his memory. In 2016 C.dupr3 relocated to Miami, FL where he first became inspired to song write and produce. He was invited to a session at Plush Studios in Orlando, FL by his friend Ron Marinari Singer/Songwriter (Megan Trainor, IYAZ, B.Howard).Whilst there he got discovered by one of Universal Music Group’s top A&R’s. C.dupr3 created his first single “Smile” which he wrote and produced, recording with all live instrumentation. This was the beginning of an epic rollercoaster as the world heard his unique production sound and wanted more. He moved back to Los Angeles to build his music studio and from there his production company C.dupr3productions was formed. A powerful sound emerged from working with industry engineer/mixer/producer Lou Pellegrino (Xzibit, Curt Chamber) which lead C.dupr3’s music to be selected for industry events by G-Shock London, Sprint, CCSD, PGA, Art Basel, Compound entertainment to name a few. C.Dupr3 has a personal passion for rare sneakers, so with his girlfriend Thekla Roth they formed the sneaker company Raritkicks, where they were invited to showcase some of the collection at Art Basel Miami, and Raritkicks co-hosted events with the rare sneaker DJ Khaled Grateful 3 Retro Jordan, which had artists Playboi Carti and Young Jeezy perform as well as DJ Khaleds #wethebest team showing support. C.Dupr3productions is currently working on multiple projects with a variety of talent including NBC’s “The Voice” finalist Autumn Turner, Leah Culver ( DJ Marshmello, Yultron, Twofold etc.) who has her single “Fly” featuring Marshmello on NBA 2K19. He is affiliated with Universal Music Group working with artists on their label. C.dupr3 has developed a sound that is unique and very diverse in its origin. One of his strengths is his adaptation of different styles to formulate his own individual and cinematic approach. His influences include Hip Hop, Film music, Edm, Pop, Rnb, Rhythm, New Jack Swing and others. His expertise lies in creating a sound that is fresh, vibrant, and captivating bringing the most out of a musical experience. With his emotion driven production he continuously creates unforgettable sound.
